Khodwhaat platform is a Multi-Vendor platform operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It provides storage, display, and sale services for the offered and available products in accordance with the terms set forth in this Terms and Conditions document and the Sales Agreement.
Khodwhaat is the first platform in Saudi Arabia to operate its own dedicated shipping company.
If any person does not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein and the Privacy Policy, he is not authorized to use our site in any way.
In this Agreement, and unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
"Featured", "advantaged platform", "Khodwhaat", "the platform", "we", "the first person" or "the possessive conscience": refers to the Khodwhaat platform operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Commercial Registration No. (....).
"User", "you", or "your": means the person who visits the platform, uses it, or registers as a merchant or marketer.
"Customer": refers to any person, organization, or company that requests to store, display, or purchase products offered for sale through the Platform.
"Products": refer to the products offered for sale through the Platform.
"Content": means all content available on the platform, including but not limited to (images, text, video, information, data, prices, product listings, service descriptions, product descriptions, advertisements, icons, symbols, letters, and numbers).
"Agreement": refers to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Sales Agreement, all primary and subsidiary pages of the platform, service descriptions, all information and service content, and any special agreements concluded between the platform and any of its users, including contracts related to these terms and conditions.
"Parties of the Agreement": refers to the platform on one hand (as the first party to the contractual relationship) and any person who visits the platform, uses it, registers an account, provides services, or benefits from our services in any way on the other hand (as the second party to the contractual relationship).
The platform operates as an online marketplace to sell products available through it. It acts as our marketing and operational tool, through which we display all product information and specifications to customers, based on which they may choose to make a purchase.
The presentation and advertisement of products on the platform constitute an “invitation to contract” and not a “binding offer.”
A binding sales contract is concluded when the customer submits a purchase order and Khodwhaat accepts the order based on product availability.
The platform is dedicated to selling the products available through it. Our responsibility is strictly limited to providing those products online, through the announced policies stated in the Terms and Conditions and the Sales Agreement.
We provide all services in accordance with the e-commerce regulations and applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
